The price includes: bed linen and towels, utilities, final cleaning, use of the swimming pool (7x14) open from June to September, barbecue, Wifi, and the shared garden. Upon departure, the apartments must be left with the kitchen and its utensils clean and the garbage collected and removed. If this is not done, Management will charge €100.00 for extraordinary cleaning. Private parking is available to travelers free of charge.
Small dogs are welcome and have free access on a leash to all areas. The extra charge for their stay is €40.00 per animal per stay. Check-in is scheduled from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.
Heating during the period from October 1st to April 30th is available on request with a supplement of 8 euros for “type A” and “type B” apartments and 15 euros for “type C” and “Capanna” apartments. A baby cot is available at a cost of €25.00 for the duration of the holiday upon request and if available.

It is forbidden to dive or enter the water with a run-up or in any case to play games that may be dangerous and cause disturbance to others
It is recommended not to bathe less than three hours after eating
It is mandatory to use clogs or rubber slippers on barefoot paths
It is mandatory to wear a swim cap in the pool
Shower before entering the water
The pool is not equipped with a lifeguard or assistance for bathers
The use of the pool is forbidden to minors under 14 years old not accompanied by an adult
It is forbidden to swim in case of bad weather conditions
Under the canopy next to the pool you can find a first aid kit
The pool access hours are from 09:00 to 20:30
